Pizzametro, literally meaning ‘pizza-metre’, was born in Naples as a way for the whole family to share a pizza.


It has since become a symbol of conviviality, a way of bringing people together. It has to be shared.

Our head pizzaioli learned the secrets of the traditional pizzametro directly from the old Neapolitan masters.

Served on a wooden chopping board, the pizza is covered with strips of different ingredients to meet everyone’s tastes. We can make pizzas from ½ to 1 whole metre - just please don’t ask for a 2 metre pizza, it won’t fit in our oven!
